BidMail, Inc.—a leader in invitation-to-bid software—tasked us with creating a time and attendance app to streamline job site communication and eliminate paper timesheets. Designed for both managers and employees in the construction industry, the app ensures accurate clock-ins by verifying physical presence at the job site.

We began with wireframes and feature planning, then mapped out the user flow for two key roles: managers and employees. Managers can oversee crews, manage job sites, and review time entries, while employees can clock in/out and submit time change requests. All data is automatically integrated with BidMail’s accounting system.

The final product featured a clean, intuitive interface that simplified time tracking and payroll. The app was a success, saving users time, reducing errors, and reinforcing BidMail’s position as a go-to platform in the construction space.
